Kids are positioned in circle, not in rows
Classes are fun, dynamic and interactive while safe. They incorporate age-appropriate challenges to keep the children engaged, games, yoga poses and flows, breathing techniques and relaxation exercises.
Sessions comprise music, songs, stories, toys (bubbles, puppets, cards…) and games.
