So Yoga teaches and trains Yoga to Kids, Families and Adults in Singapore and in France, online and offline. The studio aims at bringing Fun and Happiness, Peace and Relaxation through yoga!

MiniYOGI is the universe of kids yoga with classes and beautiful accessories (cards, books, mats...) to make yoga accessible and fun for children and families from anywhere! The MiniYOGI in Schools programme is registered with the Ministry of Education and implemented in 17 international schools in Singapore.
MiniYOGI Academy is a training method to enable school teachers to implement easy relaxation and yoga techniques at school for peaceful and happy classrooms! Through yoga, kids grow up in a healthy way, feel less anxious and physically better. Yoga improves their concentration and channels their energy. The e-programme was launched in 2022 for kindergarten schools, find out more!
So Yoga Academy is training in person hospital employees and self-employed physio therapists too, to enable them to share yoga and relaxation techniques with their patients to improve their well being and healing.
Sophie is a Yoga Teacher and Trainer with 4,000 hours of teaching and Kids Yoga Book Author.
Sophie has been established in Singapore for over 15 years.
She created So Yoga in 2014 and is a registered Hatha and Ashtanga, Pre & Post Natal, Restorative and Yin Yoga Yoga Alliance teacher, accredited RCYT®, E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, RYT® 500, YACEP®. She constantly keeps studying yoga - for instance traveling to Rishikesh (India) in ashrams to learn more about yoga philosophy and meditation. She completed Mindful Schools Levels 1 & 2, Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3 & Master, and Mindful Parenting at SMU. She studied a module of Kids Psychology in 2020 and 2021. Sophie teaches for Kate Porter Yoga and Como Shambhala. She just completed her 500 hours TT with ULU Yoga.
Students say she is gentle, enthusiastic and energetic.. and so are her classes!
